This program combines two of the hottest fitness routines for a fun workout. The innovative Suhaila uses Pilates as the components to build and construct structurally sound Bellydance moves. You get a Pilates workout but you are also simultaneously learning the sensual moves of Bellydance. You’ll learn to isolate different muscle groups to work the abs, buns and arms.
