This DVD contains two programs taught by Kam Yuen and David Carradine.
Tai Chi Workout for Beginners - The ancient practice of Tai Chi strengthens and tones the body, relaxes the mind and increases flexibility. This low-impact program includes stretching, basic stances, Tai Chi movements, a complete Tai Chi form, and a dynamic Chi Kung session.
Kung Fu Workout for Beginners – This program teaches the ancient art of Kung Fu in an exercise workout format. This is the first and original program that highlighted the powerful benefits of martial arts. Based on the philosophy of the Shaolin Temple the program is divided into sections based on the attributes and power of the Five Animals of Kung Fu. The flexibility of the Snake, the stability of the Tiger, the agility of the Leopard, the timing of the Crane and spirit of the Dragon are all presented.
This DVD also contains a guided visual meditation, an interview with David Carradine, Part 2 and original songs by David Carradine.
