This is two programs in one.
Basic Moves – This is the show that started the whole Bellydance craze. This is the first program in the Veena and Neena series and in many ways is the best. In this production you will learn the basic moves of Bellydance while getting physically fit. The program is easy to learn, will thoroughly exercise your body – from head to toe, but is low impact, relaxing, sensually stimulating and fun.
Fat Burning – This workout uses a variety of rhythms and tempos to raise your heat rate to the optimal level for burning calories. The variations in movement and speed will keep you at your target rate without excessive stress or exhaustion. You won’t believe how quickly you can lose weight and your whole body will benefit from the wonderful cardio conditioning. Losing weight or maintaining a desired weight is a constant struggle, but Bellydance will help you enjoy the effort. Also included are bonus performance dances.
