| This is an exercise device. It is a curved, 22 inch stick that is a portion of a spiral. You only have to move the Sphere Knot and it will naturally guide the motions of your body and keep you aligned in a balanced and leveraged way. This is the easiest and most enjoyable way to move with grace and style while accessing every inch of your body, internally or externally. You dance with it, stretch with it, walk with it, do Tai Chi with it or any form of movement you are familiar with. You will forever enjoy the spiraling motions and sensations of the Sphere Knot.
